We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and payment information when you subscribe. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and search queries to improve our service.
Your data is used to provide and improve TrendDrop services, process payments, send transactional emails (welcome, alerts, billing), and analyze usage patterns. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Google OAuth for authentication, Anthropic Claude for AI features, and FAL.AI for video generation. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they process.
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing contact@trenddrop.app. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens) and functional cookies for preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
